Dear Parents,

1. Here is the Details of the fees to be taken from June 2024 and the method of acceptance.

Fee details for the academic year 2024-25 for Gnanayagna Vidyalaya Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary Department.

From the academic year 2024-25, the FRC (Fee Regulation Committee) approved/notified annual Fee should be paid by dividing it into monthly fees as mentioned above.

School fees must be paid on a quarterly basis. Can be filled simultaneously monthly/6 monthly and also annually. In case of unavoidable circumstances, fee can be paid monthly by giving an application and getting their approval from the principal.

Quarterly / half-yearly and annual fees should be deposited in the school as shown below.

  • In June : Quarterly Fees (June to August) / Half Yearly Fees (June to November) / Annual Fees
  • In September : Quarterly Fees (September to November)
  • In December : Quarterly Fee (December to February) / Half Yearly Fee (December to May)
  • In March : Quarterly Fee (March to May)

Students of Std-10 and Std-12 will have to deposit six months collection fee (December to May) in the school in the month of December.

The student coming from other school and taking admission in any standard at Gnanyagna Vidyalay will be considerd as new admission.

In addition to the fixed quarterly / half-yearly / annual fee of the school, the student taking new admission in any standard will have to pay the admission fee applicable for that standard as well as Rs. 2,500/- caution money deposit in the school office. Receipt of Caution Money Deposit can be recovered by depositing the receipt in the school within 3 months after leaving school.

New Admission: In GnanYagna Vidyalaya Std-1 (Primary Section), in Std-9 (Secondary Section) as well as in Std-11 (Higher Secondary Section) will be considered as 'New Admission'.

Breakfast Fee : Students of GnanYagna Vidyalaya (Std. 1 to 5) are provided breakfast from the school. Therefore, these students will have to pay a separate breakfast / meal fee in addition to the fixed school fee at the beginning of the semester. Both semester (full year) snack fees can also be paid at the beginning of the first session. Details for depositing fees:-

  • Fees can be deposited by cash, check or draft or by swiping a debit-credit card at the school's account office fee collection counter between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm. (Class teacher will not accept the fee.) If for any reason the fee is not accepted or the draft is not accepted by the bank, the guardian will be responsible for paying the amount charged by the bank as penalty.
  • School fees can also be deposited through Yogi Vidyapeeth's website using online NetBanking, debit / credit card, UPI and other digital Platforms. Student Name, Standard, Class, Roll Number, GR. NO , mobile number and email etc. details must be filled carefully. It is the responsibility of the guardian to ensure that the fee is not collected or delayed due to misinformation. (Note that a service charge as determined by the bank is levied on the debit / credit card or nonbanking payer.)
  • Fees should be paid on time from date 1 to 20 of every month.

After Payment of Fees:

  • After completion of successfully online payment student must take their fee receipt from school’s account office within 4 to 5 working days.
  • All receipts for payment of fees must be kept till the end of the academic year.
